Technical issues with BAS-IP UKEY app
Dear users of BAS-IP UKEY app,
Today, we would like to draw your attention to the current situation with our BAS-IP UKEY app. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are facing technical issues that affect the normal operation of the app.
We want to assure you that our technical specialists are already aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it. We understand how crucial the reliable functioning of our app is for you and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We appeal to all BAS-IP UKEY users not to uninstall the application in the current situation. By uninstalling the application, you risk losing access to your key, and recovering it after the technical issues are resolved may be challenging.
Please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to restore the application to normal operation as quickly as possible. We urge you to be patient and promise to keep you informed at every stage of resolving the issue.
