  1. Automated Access Control Based on Billing Status
    When a resident has outstanding debt, the system automatically updates access permissions in BAS-IP:
  • Elevator access can be restricted while keeping entrances and barriers operational
  • Full blocking can be applied when required by business rules
  • Once the debt is cleared, all access rights are instantly restored

This logic is executed by dynamically sending access rules to BAS-IP via the API, ensuring that BAS-IP devices always reflect the current billing status.

  1. Flexible Access Scenarios (Mixed Mode)
    Instead of a harsh “all-or-nothing” approach, the integrator implemented a mixed access mode:
  • Common areas and entrances remain accessible
  • Elevator usage is temporarily restricted

This approach reduces conflicts, maintains resident mobility within shared spaces, and aligns with real-world property management policies.
