  • UKEY mobile identification is unique for each user. You can receive your key remotely (e-mail, WhatsApp, Messenger), saving time for the service company and residents.
  • The regular access cards can be copied, so there is a possibility for unauthorized entry into the premises. However, it is impossible to copy UKEY mobile identification.
  • If you have lost your card, it could be used by a third party. Telephones have additional Face ID / fingerprint or password protection.

Q: At what distance does the UKEY reader work?

For each outdoor panel equipped with the UKEY keyless entry module, a different range of mobile ID operations can be configured, ranging from 2 centimeters to 10 meters. The response distance depends not only on the selected mode but also on the thickness of the walls in the room, weather conditions (when the panel is placed outdoors), and other factors.

Q: Is it possible to restore the identifier if the phone is lost?

Even if the smartphone is lost, the UKEY identifier is stored in iCloud or Google storage, and the user can continue to use it.
