Short service disruption in BAS-IP LINK on 18 November 2025
On 18 November 2025, BAS-IP LINK experienced a short service disruption that affected some of our users.
The incident was caused by a global outage at our infrastructure partner Cloudflare, which routes a significant share of internet traffic worldwide. During this period, some requests to BAS-IP LINK returned errors, so logging into accounts and using cloud features could temporarily fail.
The service is now fully operational, and no customer data was lost or damaged: accounts, settings, call history and intercom events remain intact.
We understand that our customers ultimately care about the availability of BAS-IP LINK itself, regardless of the underlying cause. Therefore, we are strengthening redundancy for critical components and reviewing our connectivity architecture to external providers to reduce the impact of similar global incidents in the future.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued trust in BAS-IP.
