Zvolen Straze

BK Stráže is a modern residential complex in central Slovakia that beautifully blends natural surroundings with advanced urban living. A key feature of the project is its “Home of the Future” concept, where every apartment is equipped with an integrated KNX Smart Home system in its base configuration.

To complement this high-tech environment, a seamless BAS-IP intercom and access control ecosystem was deployed throughout the complex. The project features our AA-07FBI multi-apartment entrance panels with advanced facial recognition for fast, secure, and contactless entry. This is paired with CR-02BD controllers to secure elevators and restrict floor access to authorized individuals only, while SH-03 contactless exit buttons are installed to ensure hygienic, effortless door operation.
