The PJH BAS-IP Intercom Integration connects BAS-IP door entry panels with Milestone XProtect, bringing live video and entrance controls into your everyday security workflow. Developed by PJH Technologies, this officially verified plugin helps security teams handle visitors with the visual context they need, right in the surveillance interface they already use.

Key Capabilities:

  • Automatic Pop-ups: Automatic video pop-ups appear when a call connects to the telephone associated with an XProtect workstation.
  • Seamless Access Control: Open doors or gates and terminate calls directly from the Smart Client pop-up.
  • Enhanced Visual Context: Access live views from additional cameras associated with the calling intercom for a wider view of the entrance.
  • Call Monitoring: Monitor all incoming and outgoing BAS-IP intercom calls.
  • Workflow Automation: Utilize call events and intercom control through the XProtect Rule Engine.
  • Video Integration: BAS-IP intercom cameras are available as standard cameras within the XProtect surveillance environment.

  • AV-03BD
  • AV-08FB (Other BAS-IP intercom models may also be compatible or supported on request. Please confirm the selected model with PJH Technologies when planning a project).

Integration Requirements:

  • XProtect Smart Client 2023 R2 or newer and an operational XProtect system.
  • A telephone associated with each Smart Client workstation for voice communication.
