Now we are expanding in Southeast Asia and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the security industry and a powerful network among developers, integrators, and installers. This is a unique chance to influence major projects and become the face of BAS-IP in the region.

Your Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring BAS-IP solutions are implemented in flagship residential and commercial developments across SEA.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account roles within the security, access control, intercom, CCTV, or smart home industries.
  • Established client base and network of developers, system integrators, and installers in Southeast Asia
  • Strong background in project-based sales and working with large-scale building developments.
  • Solid understanding of security systems integration and smart building technologies.
  • Excellent B2B sales track record with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Location: Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, or Malaysia.
  • Willingness to travel across SEA for client meetings, partner visits, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute BAS-IP’s growth strategy in Southeast Asia.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with developers, integrators, and installers.
  • Identify new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and secure project specifications.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • Support partners with both commercial and technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to position BAS-IP as a market leader.
