How does the functionality of our new amenity reservations feature operate?
1 – Incorporate your amenity spaces into the Link Platform (Admin Section)
Administrator enters the following data:
- Name
- Minimum number of people for reservation
- Maximum number of people in the room
- Wallpaper image for the room
- PDF upload (with rules)
- Group for amenity access
- Access rules (device list)
- Timeslot
2 – Residents can view and book amenities
Upon approval of a reservation, the resident who initiated the booking can invite guests by sending them QR codes for convenient access to the reserved area. Access permissions are automatically revoked once the reservation period ends. Property staff have the ability to review, approve, or modify amenity reservations at any time.
