L’immeuble Boétie Paris 8ᵉ
The office building in the 1930s at 19 La Boetie, in the trendy 8th arrondissement, Paris, has been uniquely renovated. The project redesigned the old building into a modern-ultra-modern building with new upper levels that were made of metal and wood and a new green roof having a greenhouse. The access control system needed to be a landmark property of some sort, which could not only be highly secure but also very user-friendly and convenient to visitors, due to the high status at which the building was situated.
The best way out of this dilemma was the flagship BAS-IP AA-14FBIS IP entry panel. It provides a good first impression as it gives visitors fast and contactless access via face recognition, QR code access, or the UKEY mobile app. The giant 10-inch screen makes it easy to navigate into the tenant directory, and the wide-angle camera will provide crystal-clear and safe video contact with the concierge or the office one wants.
The high-tech appearance of the entrance was perfectly matched by the graceful design of the AA-14FBIS panel, which could help to highlight the innovative nature of the whole project. Consequently, the “La Boetie” refurbishment has been turned into one of the brightest examples of implementing the BAS-IP technology into high-quality commercial housing, where the main priorities should be security, functionality, and prestige.
