If your issue cannot be resolved remotely, please follow the procedure outlined below:
Kindly prepare in advance the information regarding the date of purchase and the partner company from whom the product was purchased.
– Upon your request, our specialists will require all necessary information (device model, serial number, reason for the claim, purchase date, any possible complaints, photographs) in order to initiate the procedure for dispatching fully assembled modules.
– Once all provided information has been analyzed, you will be contacted via your provided contact details and informed of the decision made and the subsequent steps to be undertaken for the dispatch of fully assembled modules.
– In the event of dispatching fully assembled modules, shipment will be carried out from the partner company from whom you purchased the device.
The warranty period for the product is thirty-six (36) months from the date of sale.
– Transportation of devices must be carried out in the original packaging supplied by the seller or packaging of equivalent protective and operational characteristics.
– A limited warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of sale applies to various types of mounting brackets, including recessed, surface-mounted, desktop mounts, rain and sun visors, swivel corners.
– These warranty conditions are supplementary to the constitutional and other consumer rights applicable in the consumer’s country of residence and do not in any way limit such rights.
Warranty Conditions
- When submitting an RMA claim to BAS-IP, it is necessary to provide detailed information about the exact device model including its color, the serial number of the device, the date of purchase, and the claim with a full and accurate description of the issue giving rise to the RMA.
- Delivery to BAS-IP or its Service Centre is the responsibility and at the expense of the purchaser.
- Warranty service is provided only within the warranty period specified in this warranty policy.
- The time spent on restoring the device’s operability will be added to the established warranty period set forth in this warranty policy.
Violation of Warranty Conditions
- These warranty conditions shall be void if the product’s standard or serial numbers are altered, erased, removed or rendered illegible.
- Warranty provisions will be invalidated in the event of any modifications, adaptations, or alterations to the product intended to improve or extend the normal scope of use as specified in the user manual.
- The warranty shall be void if the product is used contrary to its intended purpose or in a manner inconsistent with the user and maintenance instructions.
- Warranty coverage shall be forfeited if foreign objects, substances, liquids, vapours, corrosive gases, or insects infiltrate either the internal or external parts of the product, whether accidentally or intentionally.
- The warranty shall be void in cases of improper connection of the product to other systems or incorrect installation and mounting.
- This warranty does not extend to defects or damages incurred by any system in which the product has been integrated or used in conjunction with.
- The warranty shall be deemed invalid and void if the product exhibits mechanical damage, chips, dents, cracks, signs of tampering, or similar defects.
- The warranty does not cover products damaged due to non-compliance with the standards applicable in the country of operation, including issues relating to power supply parameters, telecommunications, cabling networks, or other external factors.
- Warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from external factors such as natural disasters, war, fire, flooding, lightning, storms, voltage fluctuations, or other causes beyond the manufacturer’s control.
- The warranty shall be void if repairs or modifications are attempted by unauthorized service centers or persons/organizations lacking legal authority to perform such repairs or modifications.
- These warranty conditions do not apply to accessories (including but not limited to batteries, external power supplies, connecting cables, key fobs, cards, identifiers) or parts of the product subject to normal wear and tear.
