Guest access

BAS-IP Link is software for centralised access control and the BAS-IP equipment in residential complexes and office centres of varying complexity. It gives you flexibility in managing all the functionality of the intercom system from anywhere in the world.

You can easily issue guest access to visitors. For example, when waiting for a delivery man, you can create a special access option limited by time or number of passes. The delivery man can enter the premises, open the entrance door, press the button of the outdoor panel at the apartment door, and deliver the order.

How does it work?
The Resident or manager of the complex enters the “Link” personal account, where he can see the outdoor panels and the doors, that are controlled and accessible by the user. After selecting the doors needed to enter, there is a choice of the guest ID type (generate a QR code or a special link) which the resident sends to the guest using email or messenger. When the guest arrives, if he has a QR code, he brings it to the camera of the outdoor panel for it to be recognised and to gain access. If the guest has a link, he opens it on the smartphone to see each of the panels and the “Open” button. The door is unlocked when pressing the button.

The guest access system can be flexibly customised. You can easily customise:

  • Number of passes;
  • Access points;
  • The time during which these restrictions work and much more.
