ESCENT PHUKET

Escent Phuket is a modern low-rise residential condominium developed by Central Pattana, situated in the heart of Phuket’s Smart City area. The project perfectly balances everyday convenience with advanced urban living, offering an innovative and secure environment for its residents.

The successful implementation of the access control solution was carried out by our partner, OTEC SUPPLY CO., LTD. To ensure top-tier security and seamless communication, a comprehensive BAS-IP intercom system was deployed throughout the complex. The apartments are equipped with our sleek AZ-07LL 7-inch IP indoor video monitors, providing residents with an intuitive touchscreen interface for effortless access control. The entire system is efficiently managed using AM-02 concierge terminals, giving the building’s reception and security staff a powerful, centralized tool to coordinate visitor access and maintain a safe, highly responsive residential space.
