Building Local Expertise: BAS-IP Sessions in Estonia and Lithuania
In June 2026, the BAS-IP team visited partners in Estonia and Lithuania for a series of technical training sessions, product workshops and market discussions.
The programme combined hands-on work with BAS-IP equipment, an overview of recent product developments and direct feedback from professionals working with door entry, access control and security systems in their local markets.
Hands-on technical training with Delkatek in Tallinn
The programme began on 16 June with a two-day technical training session organised together with our partner Delkatek in Tallinn.
Led by Andrey Garamas from BAS-IP, the training brought together professionals from local security and installation companies. Participants worked with real BAS-IP equipment and explored common scenarios they may encounter when configuring, commissioning and supporting door entry and access control systems.
The programme covered the architecture of BAS-IP solutions, indoor monitors, entrance panels, call configuration, access control, system integration and troubleshooting.
A dedicated part of the training focused on BAS-IP Link. Participants practised creating system structures, adding devices and users, configuring access and call scenarios, and working with system events and diagnostic information.
Five participants successfully completed the final assessment and received BAS-IP training certificates.
For BAS-IP, partner training is not simply an introduction to product features. Its purpose is to give local professionals the practical knowledge they need to work confidently with the system during installation, commissioning and ongoing support.
We would like to thank Delkatek for organising the training and everyone who took part for their active involvement, technical questions and professional approach.

Product and market discussion with Evidence Network Estonia
During the visit to Tallinn, the BAS-IP team also met with Evidence Network Estonia.
The meeting provided an opportunity to present recent BAS-IP product developments and BAS-IP Link updates, while also receiving direct feedback about current customer requirements and the practical challenges encountered in local projects.
This dialogue is an important part of how BAS-IP works with its partners. Feedback from professionals in the market helps us improve our technical support, partner materials and the way our solutions are presented for different types of projects.
Thank you to the Evidence Network Estonia team for the warm welcome, open discussion and valuable local insight.
Product and solution workshop with NTT in Vilnius
As part of our ongoing cooperation, the BAS-IP team met with NTT in Vilnius for a product and solution workshop.
The session focused on the BAS-IP product range, recent updates and the capabilities of BAS-IP Link.
Together, we reviewed how different BAS-IP solutions can be applied to residential and commercial projects, discussed technical questions and exchanged feedback about current customer expectations.
The workshop helped both teams align their product knowledge and identify areas where BAS-IP can provide additional support for future work.
We thank the NTT team for their hospitality, active participation and valuable contribution.
More than equipment supply
Successful projects depend not only on the equipment selected, but also on the knowledge of the professionals who design, install and support the system.
By combining practical training, direct technical communication and regular market feedback, BAS-IP helps its partners build the expertise needed to deliver reliable solutions and provide effective long-term support to their customers.
We look forward to continuing this work with our partners in Estonia, Lithuania and other markets.
