CyberGate er en abonnementsbasert Software-as-a-Service-applikasjon som hostes i Microsoft Azure (Vest-Europa).

Etter hvert som bedrifter migrerer tradisjonell telefoni fra en lokal IP PBX eller skytelefoniplattform til Microsoft Teams, trenger de en SIP (video)-intercomløsning for å kommunisere med Teams. Vellykket integrering gir Microsoft Teams-brukere mange intercom-funksjoner, slik at de enkelt kan kontrollere inngangspartier i bygninger.

Fordeler

  • Toveis lyd- og videokommunikasjon fra BAS-IP videointercom til Teams-skrivebordsklienten, en Teams-kompatibel stasjonær telefon og Teams-appen for smarttelefoner.
  • Teams-brukere kan fjernlåse opp døren eller porten ved hjelp av Teams-dashbordet.
  • Besøkende kan ringe individuelle Teams-brukere eller flere brukere samtidig fra en BAS-IP-dørtelefon.
  • Det er ikke nødvendig å installere ekstra maskinvare (SBC) eller laste ned/installere tredjepartsprogramvare.
