CyberGate – een SIP-gebaseerde intercom voor teams

CyberGate is een Software-as-a-Service-applicatie op abonnementsbasis die wordt gehost in Microsoft Azure (West-Europa).

Als bedrijven traditionele telefonie migreren van een on-premise IP PBX of cloud telefonieplatform naar Microsoft Teams, hebben ze een SIP (video) intercomoplossing nodig om te communiceren met Teams. Een succesvolle integratie biedt Microsoft Teams-gebruikers veel intercomfuncties, zodat ze gemakkelijk ingangen van gebouwen kunnen bedienen.

Voordelen

  • Tweeweg audio- en videocommunicatie van de BAS-IP video-intercom naar de Teams desktopclient, een Teams-compatibele bureautelefoon en de Teams smartphone-app.
  • Teams-gebruikers kunnen op afstand de deur of poort ontgrendelen met behulp van het Teams-dashboard.
  • Bezoekers kunnen individuele Teams-gebruikers of meerdere gebruikers tegelijkertijd bellen vanaf een BAS-IP deurtelefoon.
  • Het is niet nodig om extra hardware (SBC) te installeren of software van derden te downloaden/installeren.
