CyberGate – SIP-alapú kaputelefon csapatoknak

A CyberGate egy előfizetéses, Microsoft Azure-ban (Nyugat-Európa) hosztolt Software-as-a-Service alkalmazás.

Ahogy a vállalkozások a hagyományos telefonálást helyhez kötött IP PBX-ről vagy felhőalapú telefonos platformról a Microsoft Teams-ra állítják át, szükségük van egy SIP (videó) intercom megoldásra a Teams-szal való kommunikációhoz. A sikeres integráció számos kaputelefon-funkciót biztosít a Microsoft Teams-felhasználók számára, így könnyedén vezérelhetik az épületek bejáratait.

Előnyök

  • Kétirányú audio- és videokommunikáció a BAS-IP videós kaputelefonról a Teams asztali klienssel, egy Teams-kompatibilis asztali telefonnal és a Teams okostelefonos alkalmazással.
  • A Teams-felhasználók a Teams műszerfal segítségével távolról is kinyithatják az ajtót vagy a kaput.
  • A látogatók a BAS-IP kaputelefonról egyes Teams-felhasználókat vagy egyszerre több felhasználót is felhívhatnak.
  • Nincs szükség további hardverek (SBC) telepítésére vagy harmadik féltől származó szoftverek letöltésére/telepítésére.
