CyberGate – SIP-pohjainen sisäpuhelin tiimeille

CyberGate on tilauspohjainen Software-as-a-Service-sovellus, jota isännöidään Microsoft Azuressa (Länsi-Eurooppa).

Kun yritykset siirtävät perinteisen puhelintoiminnan tiloissa olevasta IP PBX:stä tai pilvipuhelinalustasta Microsoft Teamsiin, ne tarvitsevat SIP-(video)sisäpuhelinratkaisun Teamsin kanssa kommunikoimiseen. Onnistunut integrointi tarjoaa Microsoft Teamsin käyttäjille monia sisäpuhelintoimintoja, joiden avulla he voivat helposti valvoa rakennuksen sisäänkäyntejä.

  • Kaksisuuntainen ääni- ja videoviestintä BAS-IP-videopuhelimesta Teams-pöytäasiakkaaseen, Teams-yhteensopivaan pöytäpuhelimeen ja Teams-älypuhelinsovellukseen.
  • Teams-käyttäjät voivat avata oven tai portin lukituksen etänä Teams-kojelaudan avulla.
  • Vierailijat voivat soittaa yksittäisille Teams-käyttäjille tai useille käyttäjille samanaikaisesti BAS-IP-ovipuhelimesta.
  • Lisälaitteita (SBC) ei tarvitse asentaa eikä kolmannen osapuolen ohjelmistoja ladata/asentaa.
