CyberGate je předplacená aplikace typu Software jako služba hostovaná v Microsoft Azure (západní Evropa).

Vzhledem k tomu, že podniky migrují tradiční telefonii z lokální IP ústředny nebo cloudové telefonní platformy na Microsoft Teams, potřebují ke komunikaci s Teams řešení interkomu SIP (video). Úspěšná integrace poskytuje uživatelům Microsoft Teams mnoho funkcí interkomu a umožňuje jim snadno ovládat vstupy do budov.

Výhody

  • Obousměrná audio a video komunikace z videointerkomu BAS-IP do desktopového klienta Teams, stolního telefonu kompatibilního s aplikací Teams a aplikace Teams pro chytré telefony.
  • Uživatelé aplikace Teams mohou na dálku odemknout dveře nebo bránu pomocí ovládacího panelu Teams.
  • Návštěvníci mohou volat jednotlivým uživatelům Teams nebo několika uživatelům současně z dveřního telefonu BAS-IP.
