CyberGate: un citofono per team basato su SIP

CyberGate è un’applicazione Software-as-a-Service su abbonamento ospitata in Microsoft Azure (Europa occidentale).

Man mano che le aziende migrano la telefonia tradizionale da un centralino IP on-premise o da una piattaforma di telefonia cloud a Microsoft Teams, hanno bisogno di una soluzione di interfono SIP (video) per comunicare con Teams. Un’integrazione riuscita offre agli utenti di Microsoft Teams molte funzioni di interfono, consentendo loro di controllare facilmente gli ingressi degli edifici.

Vantaggi

  • Comunicazione audio e video bidirezionale dal videocitofono BAS-IP al client desktop Teams, a un telefono desktop compatibile con Teams e all’app Teams per smartphone.
  • Gli utenti Teams possono sbloccare a distanza la porta o il cancello utilizzando il cruscotto Teams.
  • I visitatori possono chiamare singoli utenti Teams o più utenti contemporaneamente da un citofono BAS-IP.
  • Non è necessario installare hardware aggiuntivo (SBC) o scaricare/installare software di terze parti.
