CyberGate – un interfon bazat pe SIP pentru echipe

CyberGate este o aplicație Software-as-a-Service pe bază de abonament, găzduită în Microsoft Azure (Europa de Vest).

Pe măsură ce întreprinderile migrează telefonia tradițională de la o platformă de telefonie IP PBX sau de telefonie în cloud la Microsoft Teams, acestea au nevoie de o soluție de interfonie SIP (video) pentru a comunica cu Teams. O integrare reușită le oferă utilizatorilor Microsoft Teams numeroase funcții de interfon, permițându-le să controleze cu ușurință intrările în clădiri.

Avantaje

  • Comunicare audio și video bidirecțională de la interfonul video BAS-IP la clientul desktop Teams, la un telefon desktop compatibil cu Teams și la aplicația Teams pentru smartphone.
  • Utilizatorii Teams pot debloca de la distanță ușa sau poarta cu ajutorul tabloului
  • de bord Teams.
    Vizitatorii pot apela utilizatorii Teams individuali sau mai mulți utilizatori simultan de la un telefon de ușă BAS-IP.
  • Nu este nevoie să instalați hardware suplimentar (SBC) sau să descărcați/instalați software de la terți.
