This system consists of the operator monitor CM-01 v3 and two outdoor panels: single-button outdoor panel – CV-01 v3 and two-button one – CV-02 v3. IP communication system client-operator is able to connect up to 400 monitors CM-01 v3, at this time each monitor can control up to 80 individual call stations СV-01 v3 or СV-02 v3.
This communication system is able to make the service more convenient and to replace the outdated cabins with waiting lines on the help-stations or information points with call stations, where your clients can contact the operator and receive necessary information through dedicated IP tie-line at the click of button.
Info columns are also useful for the administrative employees that can advertise the information on all call stations at once with a help of operator monitor. Unlike the concierge monitor, which works under the principle of intercom connection, this IP system provides the party-line communication with a possibility to communicate both in bilateral (listening and speaking) and one-way (only listening) directions.
By applying the monitor CM-01 v3 the alerting is made through the connected call stations, with its help you can also control the notifications. From this monitor it is possible to make address alerting through the selection of the definite call stations by the operator, as well as grouped one – for the previously combined groups of such stations and general – at all call stations at once.
The monitor with a handset provides the operator with a comfortable broadcast, and it is easy to control the functions on the LCD touch-screen. For convenience of the users the information on the monitor screen is organized intuitive and understandable. All users, call stations and monitors in particular, are visually shown in the tablet on the touch-screen. At the moment of the call an operator can see the number of caller at once, because while calling him the panel makes signals about it in the table in red colors. To accept a call the operator needs to press the selected cell. To inform all users – one should pick up the receiver and activate the appropriate function on the screen, than information from the operator will be heard by all call station.
One more advantage of the communication system client-operator is the possibility to inform systematically the users, employees, workers, areas, rooms. In particular, there is a playback function of mp3 files, and an operator can run the recorded message in particular time. The record will be streamed on all connected call stations. For example, this goal will be useful in the mall. Such panels, installed at the information booth, will help the administration to inform the visitors about certain events and other latest things. There is also function «timed alerting», which allows creating delayed alerting-reminder on the screen CM-01 v3, and this audio recording will be streamed in at a scheduled time set by an operator. That is to say, pre-recorded voice message of the administrator will be streamed, for example, at 9 o’clock in the evening each day and inform the visitors about soonest end of the working day.
Function of call holding will be also useful if you communicate with someone and there is a second call. You can put the first call on hold and switch over to the second one.
Like all equipment BAS-IP in the third version, the monitor can transfer calls through SIP to any other device, where SIP client is installed. In other words, this software should be installed on PC, soft phone, tablet or smart phone.
It should be mentioned that electromechanical or electromagnetic lock can be connected to each call station СV-01 v3, as it has an integrated door lock controller. If it is necessary, an operator can unlock all locks connected to the monitor with the click of touch button. Such function is extremely important for emergency situations, for example, in the case of fire or urban district trainings.
To sum up, IP communication system client-operator (BAS-IP CM-01 v3 and CV-01 v3, СV-02 v3) is an important part of access control system and ensures high quality bilateral communication.
